Welcome to the Eumar 100% Recycling Program. When your Eumar washbasin or sanitary product reaches the end of its lifecycle, we want it back. We recover the raw materials and reuse them to craft brand-new products, closing the loop and building a sustainable, circular economy.

How Return Shipping Works

Transporting heavy sanitary ware has a significant carbon footprint and logistical cost. To keep this recycling program truly sustainable for the planet and our business, our shipping policies depend on the size of your return:

  • Corporate Partners (Batches of 50+ items): You qualify for our 100% Free Take-Back Guarantee*. Eumar covers all freight and transportation costs for large-scale returns.

  • Individual & Small Returns (Under 50 items): Because shipping single heavy items is highly resource-intensive, we cannot cover the full cost. Instead, we share the transportation costs with you. When you initiate a return, our team will work with you to find the most cost-effective and eco-friendly logistics solution.

Product Return Process in 3 Easy Steps

1. Prepare for return
When your Eumar product reaches the end of its lifecycle, please ensure you remove any non-Eumar parts, pipes, faucets, or modifications.

2. Initiate your return
Fill out the return request form below with your details and the number of items you are returning.

  • For 50+ items: We will email you packaging instructions and arrange your free freight transport.

  • For under 50 items: Our team will contact you to discuss and agree upon the shared shipping arrangements.

3. Ship it back to us
Securely package your product according to the instructions we provide, affix your shipping label, and drop it off at the designated shipping center (or hand it over to the arranged freight courier).
