Eumar recently attended Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Europe in London, an event that is considered the leading trade show for the marine interiors industry.

The exhibition and conference, taking place at ExCeL London from 30 November to 1 December, was a must-attend for anyone working in the industry.

The show was a fantastic opportunity for interior designers, architects, outfitters, shipyards and fit-out suppliers to meet with Europe’s ocean, river and expedition cruise companies working on major refurbishment and new build projects.

This was the second time that this event was held in Europe. Previously, we had the honor of attending the 2019 event in Barcelona. Read more from our previous blog article.

an inspiring confrence program

When the entire industry comes together to share their expertise, you can be sure to be inspired! There was also a special conference program presented with world-renowned speakers and sessions led by some of the biggest names in the industry.

Some of the most interesting topics were discussing trends in new construction, how to break the budget and use alternatives, and how to create a cruise experience that is accessible to all.

eumar design reminded the importance of sustainability!

Eumar Design and our amazing team members have made sure to remind everyone of the importance of sustainability at our booth 502! With our unique production techniques and timeless design approach, we are already focused on creating long-lasting, durable bathroom designs that do not require frequent renovations or updates.

Eumar Design’s team had an honor to also attend the The Cruise Ship Interiors Awards, supported by marine lighting supplier and global headline sponsor Kalmar. The awards show took place at Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Europe’s last day on December 2. Eumar Design proudly returned to Estonia with the “Sustainability Award”. Read more about it from our blog!

Eumar Design was the main sponsor of the Design Team of the Year category again this year. Our CEO Arkadi Berman had the honor of personally presenting the award to SMC Design and their partners at Rottet Studio. Congratulations!

We would also like to congratulate all the other winners too: MJM Marine, Agua Fabrics Ltd, SMC Design, The Deluxe Group, Petra Ryberg and FINCANTIERI S.p.A. by a panel featuring CFR’s Jon Ingleton and Elite Exhibitions.

the Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Europe was a smashing success

The event itself was fabulous and attended by loads of great people. Our booth attracted a great number of interested visitors and we believe this was a superb opportunity to showcase what it is that makes Eumar so unique.

Words cannot describe how pleased we are by the outcome. It was a privilege to participate in the show alongside so many other high-level exhibitors and leaders in the marine industry.

We made so many new contacts that we can’t help but feel that the next year is going to be super exciting and filled with spectacular new projects. Thank you Cruise Ship Interiors Expo Europe for such a fantastic show!
